Brett Lowell Rhoden has resided in Jacksonville, Fla. since birth (1951) and continues to be an active member of Jacksonville’s professional community. He received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Florida (1974), and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology in 1980 from the University of North Florida. He has been licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 1984.
